The much-debated coaching fees…
The challenge with coaching fees is that there is not necessarily a right or wrong. One way though that you can work the fees is based on what you want the business to generate.
You can essentially reverse engineer based on what you desire from the business. This is just one way of working out the fees but it certainly is not the only way…
You can ask for any fees you want but if you are not creating paying clients then I would go back to the drawing board. As much as the business is there to serve your clients it also needs to serve you!!!
The number 1 goal is to be a working coach and a working coach gets paid.
